What is Corporate & Event Well-being?
Corporate and event well-being is carried out at a place of work or at events. Nurturia Holistic Therapies has a wide range of offerings in both settings. These include Massage, Reiki, and Hypnotherapy, as well as general well-being modalities such as Meditation, Breath work, Energy work and well-being and healthy lifestyle advice.
Where massage is offered it usually involves the use of a special massage chair instead of a massage table, though either or both can be used as desired by the client.
Corporate employee well-being programmes are now commonly being sought out by companies looking to improve the well-being of their staff and reduce stress levels. This in turn increases productivity, reduces absences and improves morale.
Event wellbeing offerings are a popular and much loved addition to all kinds of events such as festivals, exhibitions, fates and fayres, charity events, product launches, well-being events and much more.
What Can You Expect?
I will consult with you to understand your needs and agree a suitable package. This may be just for an individual well-being offering or it may be for several or all of them.
Where massage is offered and depending on your requirements, a seated chair massage is performed with the person fully clothed. Alternatively or as well as, a massage table can be used in conjunction with a privacy screen if undressing is necessary. A massage chair is very compact so only a small working space is required for this. A larger working space would be required for a massage table and privacy screen.
Chair massage routines are designed to be express treatments lasting between 10 and 30 minutes. The most popular choice is 10 or 15 minutes but it's entirely up to you. Treatments on a massage table can range between 30 - 90 minutes, though shorter taster sessions can also be offered.
Cost Of Treatment
The minimum booking length is 1 hour. The more hours you book the cheaper the total hourly rate becomes. Where travel length exceeds 20 miles a charge of 50p per mile is added beyond this distance. I provide special rates to charities, please get in touch to discuss.
